Shipping will be within 1 to 7 business days.
Aerosols will not be shipped outside of the continental USA. Although rare, some hazardous materials, such as some heavy solvents, may also have limitations on shipping. We will do our best to work with you on the delivery.
All orders purchased must be exchanged or refunded via customer service.
If you have special concerns or needs regarding your order, please indicate it in the comments box in the shopping cart before checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping and returns to customers who abuse the free returns and refunds policy.
Return Policy
You may return stock items within 14 days as long as they are returned in their original packaging.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on our products after the 14-day grace priod has elapsed.
If the product package is opened or used, the product return is not acceptable.
If you receive damaged or defective items at delivery, let us know right away to work out the best solution for the case.
We reserve the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection determines that the product is defective, a 15% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock.
We will not cover any shipping charges unless return results from mis-shipment (shipping the wrong product).
The refund will be issued to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
We can not issue a refund to a different card or alternate method of payment.
